About the project

Residents of “Vanagupės Namai” will be offered an opportunity to purchase a parking place under a house or in the parking area nearby. Price of one parking place under the house is LTL 35 000. These are allocated for the fourth floor apartments.

 

Price of one parking place in the parking area nearby is LTL 30 000.

 

Ground floors will also include premises for home inventory – storerooms. Area of one storeroom  is about 2-5 sq.m. Price per one square meter is LTL 3 500. These storerooms are sold together with apartments in the second, third and fourth floors.
