Constructions
Foundations
Pit-type and strip foundations and monolithic reinforced-concrete grillage.
Exterior Walls
Walls on the ground floor – brickwork from calcium silicate bricks.
Walls on first-third floors – three-layered, brickwork from calcium silicate bricks, insulated from the outside with suspended finish.
Walls in the attic floor – three-layered. Brickwork from FIBO blocks or analogous, insulated from the outside with suspended finish (Trespa façade finishing boards or analogous).
Façades – mineral insulation system, ventilated façades covered with sheet-type façade lining. Plinths lined with clinker or stone bulk tiles.
Internal Walls and Partitions
Walls among the apartments are three-layered; 10 cm thick brickwork from FIBO blocks or analogous will be mounted from both sides, with stone wool filling in the inside. Internal bearing walls on all floors – brickwork from calcium silicate bricks.
Partitions inside the apartments – gypsum blocks. Internal partitions and those of sanitary premises will be bricked from moisture-proof gypsum blocks.
Walls in auxiliary premises – 120 mm brickwork, from calcium silicate or ceramic bricks.
Enclosures of ventilation channels – brickwork from calcium silicate bricks.
Floors
20-22 cm thick monolithic – reinforced concrete floors, reinforced with meshwork. Height of premises in the apartments – 2.65 m.
Equipment of floors – equipment of steam, noise and heat insulation, preparatory and levelling layers. Surface of floors in apartments – cement coating. Gross thickness of floor layers up to 12 cm. In tambours and halls, floors will be covered with stone bulk tiles. Under the cement coating, in under-layer of sand, electricity, heating and water supply networks laid inside PVC casings.
Roof
Roof will be insulated, covered with PVC roofing. Rainwater drainage pipes will be laid internally. Membrane waterproofing coating will be attached mechanically.
Windows and Windowsills
In staircases and other public premises, windows will have plastic profiles; in apartments – plastic, with single insulating glass unit; internal glass will be selective. In each apartment, it will be possible to open one hinged part in both directions; thermal resistance and noise insulation will conform to requirements laid down in construction norms.
Windows in the apartments will be of PVC, exterior colour RAL 7012 (grey), five-chamber profiles, opening in three positions. Glazing – one chamber glass unit with selective glass. Windowsills of laminated wood-chip boards. Windows can be opened in the directions shown in the technical project.
Doors
In technical premises – fire doors (30 min), painted with powder paint.
Roof hatchway – insulated, with a metal ladder.
Doors in the staircase entrance – locked, with aluminium frame and fill of glass unit.
Balconies / Terraces
Balconies and terraces will have water-insulation and stone bulk tiling with “Anti-Slip” coating. Terraces will have stone bulk tiling with “Anti-slip” coating. Metal painted railing will be installed in balconies and terraces. |
