Engineering Systems
Heating
Central manifold city heating system. White heaters of sheet steel with thermo-regulators will be mounted. Floor heating will not be installed. In sanitary premises, water-heated coil-pipe is not installed, and a box for the electric heater socket will be provided. Sensor-type heat accounting system will be mounted. Independent heating node, connectable to the city heating network. Central manifold city heating system and separate counters for each apartment will be installed in the staircases.
Ventilation
Continuous air in-flow in the living premises will be implemented via windows. Ventilation channels for compulsory climate ventilation will be installed in sanitary premises and the kitchen zone (locations shown in project of ventilation part; fans in sanitary premises). Ventilation grids will be mounted.
Water Supply
Connected to city mains network. Cold and hot water supply racks will be installed in the buildings. Hot water will be prepared in heating points (using heat-exchangers). Metering of cold and hot water – separately for each apartment.
Sewerage
Racks for domestic sewerage will be installed. Pipelines shall be laid up to future sanitary premises. Domestic sewerage will be collected in internal lines and discharged to the city sewerage network.
Electricity
Electricity metering of common premises and apartments will be installed as provided in the project. Intermediary electricity boards will be installed inside the apartments, with automated switches and voltage connection. Electricity wires will be laid in the apartments, with copper leads, distribution and mounting boxes will be built-in under plaster.
Number of sockets and mounting boxes for switches to be installed – as in the project. Sockets and switches will be mounted.
Number of lighting fixtures to be installed inside the apartments – one piece for each premise.
Transformers for halogen lighting, lighting fixtures and other electric devices will not be mounted. The project envisages two different tariff electricity meters. In the course of the project, the electricity supplier may influence the decision on the type of meters.
Low Current
Apartments will have door security signalisation, movement sensors (inlets in locations provided in the project). Devices will not be mounted.
Telephone line inlets within the apartments. Switchboards for low-current networks (TV, telephone, entrance control) will be mounted on each floor, in the staircases. From the switchboards, PVC installation pipes to apartments will be laid, apartments will contain low-current wire distribution boxes. TV and telephone wires will be installed in apartments according to the work project; an external door intercommunication-opening system will be mounted.
Number of low-current sockets to be mounted in each apartment: TV – 1, telephone – 1.
Local TV aerial will be built.
Exterior Engineering Networks
According to the prepared and coordinated project of exterior engineering systems, connections to interior engineering systems, namely water supply, sewerage, rainwater sewerage, city heating network, electricity cable, and telephone cable. Contracts are made with enterprises in charge of the above-mentioned exterior networks. Rainwater sewerage will be connected to city sewerage systems. For collection of oil products in the rain sewerage, horizontal oil product traps will be mounted.
Environment
Completely ordered environment, access roads, and parking places according to the project of the territory and surfaces. Functional illumination system for the territory will be built. |
