Finish
Staircases, Halls
Complete finish of walls and ceilings (painting in colours as provided in the project). Illumination and heating systems will be installed. Lighting fixtures and heating equipment will be mounted. Assembled stair flights will be used – assembled steps of reinforced concrete on metal beams, monolithic landings. Steps and landings will be covered with stone bulk tiles, walls and ceilings will be painted. Metal openwork railings will be installed in the staircases.
Ceilings
Ceilings will be painted white, using mat acrylic paint or analogous.
Flooring
Flooring in living and kitchen premises will be three-layered, of natural wood (first class oak) parquetry, laid on sound-insulating mats, colour – red oak or ash.
Baseboards will be selected for the respective flooring.
Flooring in sanitary nodes will be ceramic or stone bulk tiled, first sort. Several types of design and materials will be offered for selection. Spread waterproofing.
Walls
Inner surface of the walls will be painted in pastel colours, using mat acrylic paint.
In sanitary nodes, walls will be lined with ceramic tiles. Several design and material solutions will be offered for selection.
Doors
External doors of apartments – single armour, multi-layered, with sound insulating fill. Two safe-type locks (cylinder and plate type). Panoramic peephole will be installed in the doors.
Internal doors – veneered with natural wood shell (oak or ash), blind, with chrome handles and stoppers.
Windowsills
To be installed only in windows that do not reach the flooring, white laminated wood-chip boards, in bathrooms – waterproof.
Devices
Sanitary Devices:
