The first apartments equipped in Palanga-based Vanagupės Namai are fully prepared for living – from domestic appliances and furniture to the minor home interior details. The apartments were equipped under the supervision of the interior designer Renata Gaidienė in cooperation with her colleague Dalia Mauricaitė.
“Our key aim was to discover the optimum ratio of practicality and aesthetics since these apartments are not big. We endeavoured to create Vanagupės Namai as a very cosy but at the same time practical home. I believe we have achieved this aim. Even a small space can accommodate everything what is necessary for comfortable and modern living in the home pleasant to the heart and the eyes,” says Mrs Gaidienė. The designers have transferred the breathing of holidays, nature, the sea and pinewoods to Vanagupės Namai apartments: they are full of warm organic colours and natural materials. “The theme of the interior was offered by the especially favourable external environment of Vanagupės Namai as well as building architecture. We tried to display in the interior what is visible through the windows,” says Mrs Gaidienė.
